Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
I understand that life happens, so if you need to reschedule or cancel, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.
• Cancellations or reschedules made with at least 24 hours notice may transfer the deposit one time to a future appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or no-shows) will result in the deposit being forfeited. No additional fees are charged.
If something urgent or unexpected happens, please reach out as soon as possible — communication is always appreciated and considered.
